At ISPros Inc. we are focused on the small to medium business market. Not because times are tough and much of the project work has disappeared like our competitors but because it is the market we know best and have extensive experience in. So much so that Microsoft has chosen to promote us in the Milwaukee Business Journal.

what we offer

No Markups

 

As part of our business model ISPros Inc. doesn’t normally resell hardware or software. Instead we feel it’s better to help you find the best piece of hardware or software for your solution. Then assist you in finding the best entity to purchase it from. We specialize in services; they specialize in reselling hardware and software. You receive the best of both worlds with minimal markup.

 

Should you decide you’d rather have one stop shopping and buy from us we can do that too. On smaller items there’s still no markup.

Direct Access

 

When you have a problem and contact the other guys you first have to go through the receptionist, then an account manager, then maybe first level support and then if you’re lucky the guy that actually did the work. At ISPros you’ll have the cell number of your engineer and also his backup. You can call them any time with any questions or issues that may come up. If you’d rather not bother him or her you can always call our 24x7 helpdesk hotline.
No Partnership

 

Here at ISPros we can offer you an unbiased opinion and a solution that is vendor independent. We can do this because as a general rule we don’t partner with anyone. One exception to this is our partnership with Microsoft. We have chosen this partnership because all of our clients run their software and benefit greatly from it. We receive no kickbacks or additional incentives from them.
Straight Time Only

 

We realize times are tough and the last thing you need is your it vendor charging extra for time outside of normal business hours or extra for that day that lasts longer than eight hours. We charge one hourly rate regardless of the time of day or number of hours in it. If you live in the Milwaukee metro area there’s no trip charge either.
Only Professionals

 

At ISPros we only hire seasoned professionals. Each staff member has several years of experience and is certified. You’ll have two people assigned to your account who will become familiar with your environment so you don’t have to worry about who’s going to show up or bringing some new guy up to speed.
